Joel's seventh compilation, second boxed set, and first "rarities" compilation. This album consists primarily of non-album tracks, unreleased tracks, demos, b-sides, album tracks, soundtrack performances, and live performances, including tracks from Joel's early bands, [a423717], [a271271], and [a423732]. The set also includes a DVD of live performances from Joel's 1994 River of Dreams tour. This set is not a complete compilation of all of Joel's rare tracks, but includes a large selection of them, and is the only official collection of rarities that Joel has released as of yet.
