Thief (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)

The tracklisting of different editions may differ. "After Tangerine Dream completed the soundtrack, [a=Michael Mann] needed another sequence. As Tangerine Dream was on tour, [a=Craig Safan] composed and performed "Confrontation". The original 1981 Elektra LP released in the U.S. featured "Confrontation", but subsequent releases featured "Beach Scene" instead." (Wikipedia) Some of the more recent reissues do feature "Confrontation" again.
