4th studio album and follow up to their commercially successful album "Toys In The Attic".
Original copies of the LP featured a textured cover with the title enclosed within scare quotes. Later issuances would drop these quotes from the title. Early CD reissues saw the quotes restored only to disappear again. They are qualified for inclusion if present on the release.
